TAB Bank has been providing business finance solutions to clients across America since 1998. Their aim is to provide businesses with the security of a bank coupled with the flexibility of a finance company to reach their business goals.
TAB Bank first became a customer of Haulmont in 2016 through using our CUBA Platform. The company approached their CUBA Account Manager to discuss the possibility of creating something bespoke to help them manage documents more efficiently and streamline workflows. They were introduced to our THESIS team. THESIS is an off-the-shelf, customisable ECM solution built to help digitise businesses.
The business had a number of goals to achieve through implementing THESIS including; centralising disparate file storage systems, automating manual processes and reducing unproductive time.
Initially, THESIS was rolled out to two trial departments and the first results have been fantastic with one of the team’s saving on average 12 hours per week in wasted man-hours.
