The Stupinsky Chemical Plant is a large industrial enterprise located in Stupino, just outside of Moscow. It is one of the leading manufacturers of household chemicals in Russia and owns a number of well-known brands in Russia.
The Plant manages chemical production, packaging of chemicals, labelling and shipping to the customer. The company has its own research laboratory, warehouse and in-house quality control and marketing departments.
Before implementing THESIS, business processes were paper-based. The organisation recognised the need to digitise and automate to increase efficiencies and streamline processes across various departments.
When evaluating potential technology partners and ECM platforms, functionality and price were key considerations. The business wanted a platform with a user-friendly interface with flexibility to customise and tailor the system to business specific processes. The platform needed to be business-proven in large organisations and built on technology that is robust and reliable even when managing thousands of documents and users at once.
The business is now using THESIS to process all incoming and outgoing correspondence (post, courier, email etc.) as well as all internal messages. THESIS is also used to manage contracts across the business, meetings and tasks.
In two years since implementation, the business has completed 7,500 tasks in THESIS, managed over 2,000 contracts and reviewed 5,000 trade marketing campaigns.
